PARKING SYSTEMS OF AMERICA – DALLAS, INC. (PSA) has enjoyed a presence in the parking management and consulting business since 1972 in Dallas, Texas. Under separate corporations (PARKING COMPANY OF AMERICA – DALLAS, INC., PARKING COMPANY OF AMERICA – FORT WORTH, INC. and PARKING COMPANY OF AMERICA – CORPUS CHRISTI, INC.) the company also operates, manages, leases and consults for parking facilities in other parts of the state. PSA manages all phases of the parking business for Class A office building garages, valet locations, surface lots, hospital facilities and special events with up to 100,000 people in attendance. PSA currently has over 170 parking facilities under management or lease contract encompassing over 16,000 parking stalls (10,500 parking stalls in structured parking facilities) and employs over 90 non – union employees at these locations. Gross revenues currently exceed $15,000,000 annually.
